Enrichment Programme
Saksham Program ( implemented by Department of Tribal affairs in collaboration with Magic Bus Foundation)
At Eklavya Model Residential School, Jhiranya, we believe in nurturing not just academic excellence but also the essential life skills that prepare our students for real-world challenges. To achieve this, Our Master trainers and trained teachers under the Saksham life skill and employability education Program, are conducting various sessions successfully across Classes 6 to 12.
Program Overview:
Classes 6 to 10 – Life Skills Education
Students in these classes engage in a range of interactive activities and games that help them develop crucial life skills such as:
- Communication and confidence
- Teamwork and leadership
- Decision making and emotional awareness
- Self-esteem and problem-solving
These sessions are activity-based and encourage experiential learning, making the lessons fun, memorable, and impactful.
Classes 11 and 12 – Employability Education(EE)
Senior students are being equipped with the tools and knowledge they need for the future, including:
Life Skills- Teamwork ,Empathy, decision-making, communication etc.
Career Awareness – Exploring career paths and understanding opportunities
Financial Literacy – Basics of budgeting, saving, and financial planning
Our Goal:
To empower every student with the confidence, skills, and clarity they need to thrive in life beyond the classroom.
